Our company is looking for a Client Service Specialist who will have an opportunity to help protect our members and their families. We work closely with members of unions and associations such as Teachers, Firefighters, Veterans and Nurses for over 60 years as the #1 provider for supplemental benefits. Job Duties:

· Answer incoming customer inquiries

· Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns

· Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

· Record customer information within our customer service database

· Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies

Schedule:

· Monday to Friday and some Saturdays when needed
