Job Description

The Human Resource Business Partner is responsible for recruitment, onboarding and welcoming of employees into the company.

Essential Job functions:

+ Responsible for the strategic direction and execution of Talent Acquisition and onboarding of new members of the team.

+ Responsible for sourcing, evaluation, and selection of employees at all levels of the company globally.

+ Responsible for maintenance and support of the applicant tracking system (ATS).

+ Responsible for the efficient and effective on-boarding process and administration of new hire orientation.

+ Responsible to ensure Hamilton hires a diverse, inclusive, and capable workforce.

+ Responsible to ensure recruiting efforts, hiring data, and promotion data are maintained consistent with the needs of the AAP.

+ Good reliability, attendance, and punctuality.

+ All other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

+ Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, HR/Payroll systems)

Education and Experience

+ Bachelor's Degree required in Human Resources, Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field from not-for-profit regionally accredited University.

+ Professional certification in Recruiting or Human Resources preferred.

+ Ten(10) years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition with at least three (3) years in a leadership role.

+ Experience in manufacturing, technology, or life science industry preferred.

+ Position requires exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
