Workforce Data Analytics Consultant II

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Human Capital Consultant. You will play a key role in helping to uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data and transforming the Government and Public Services marketplace.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of data from the HR system of record and other external data sources
• Sustain an ad hoc help desk, creating pre-canned reporting solutions, and build visually appealing dashboards and infographics
• Gather any necessary requirements, conduct user acceptance testing, and ensure the proper maintenance of the deliverable(s) all while working in a fast paced, highly visible environment
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
• Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
• Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
• Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products

Required Qualifications

• Data Analytics, Visualization, and Reporting
• Tableau, Cognos, or similar tools

Desired Qualifications

• Strong communications, writing, and interpersonal skills are desired
• Microsoft Office suite applications are essential
• Past/current experience supporting Human Capital and/or Workforce Development organizations/offices are a plus
• Confidence in public speaking and presentation preparation is also desired

Education

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college

Requirements

• Must have an Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
