We are a family-friendly Halloween and Christmas attraction looking to hire general managers in multiple locations across NY, NJ, and PA to oversee day to day operations, manage staff, delegate responsibilities appropriately, and interact with our guests.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Staffing/hiring for your assigned location(s)
- Weekly scheduling of staff to ensure proper coverage during operating hours
- Opening/closing the store each day AND/OR training staff members on proper procedures
- Maintenance of the store/attraction - ensuring all areas and items in the attraction are operating properly, maintaining cleanliness, etc.
- Managing inventory and daily sales of the gift shop
- Processing credit card transactions for admission sales and gift shop sales
- Checking in guests
- Helping with security
