Hall Agencies is looking for a Benefits Representatives to join our team! This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers to see how our product and/or services can meet their needs. The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth.  We provides insurance benefits to help protect peoples assets. Our mission is to offer customer support at the highest level while protecting what matters most.  Our clients request our services to provide lasting coverage for their families.

We are hiring Benefits Representatives who are responsible for ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction while matching client needs to products and services. With our award-winning training programs we are ready to provide you with the skills necessary to be able to work with our clientele even with no experience!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with prospects to promote customer retention.
• Meet and exceed sales targets - Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition.
• Track progress and results - Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in CRM system.
• Research and understand target market - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and company's overall market opportunity.

Requirements:

• Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals
• Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating
• Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
