Job description: Project Manager
20 hours per week at $25/hour.starting position. The areas include interfacing with different professionals or service providers in the areas of car repair, solar construction, pond and pool maintenance, arranging for car repairs, fixing projects around the houses, building repairs and construction, lighting maintenance and management, major and minor landscaping projects, internet management, maintaining cleaning staff, communicating with owner whether in Maui or California, coordinating with our farm projects, look over hiring others when necessary
Skills: superior communication skills, record keeping ability on our computers, familiarity with project management software
Requirements
Familiarity with project management software and excellent communication skills.
