Position Overview:
This role is responsible for the development of sales of RAA products sold online on various websites. The eCommerce/Analyst/Planner works closely with retail accounts, finance, sales, inventory planning, and the e-commerce marketing team to develop business strategies and implement plans to increase e-commerce sales and profitability by focusing on maintaining a well-balanced product portfolio that is constantly aligned with the end consumer's changing needs.

The eCommerce/Analyst/Planner works closely with retail accounts, finance, sales, inventory planning, and the e-commerce marketing team to develop business strategies and implement plans to increase e-commerce sales and profitability by focusing on maintaining a well-balanced product portfolio that is constantly aligned with the end consumer's changing needs.
Essential Role Functions:
- Provide annual and monthly shipment forecasts and profitability projections to Finance along with demand projections to the Inventory Planning team. Includes quantifying risk, re-forecasting based on trends, and detailing out product exit strategies. Requires 12 months by Brand/Style level forecasting.
- Work closely and in alignment with the Sales and Marketing teams to maintain an optimal assortment across all our e-commerce customers.
- Communicate with sales and customer's e-commerce buying team regularly to identify by SKU challenges/opportunities to build e-commerce sales and manage risk.
- Prepare sales reports, identify product trends, and collaborate with inventory planning on forecasting consensus.
- Analyze incoming sales orders vs forecast and inventory availability, align with Customer Service and Demand Planning teams to maximize fill rate, and highlight opportunities on future production.
- Track new launches from inbound PO to site enablement, monitor sales and adjust forecast as necessary.
- Provide recommended buys for new styles including seasonal product for all e-commerce accounts.
- Adhoc reporting - provide additional reports and analysis as needed for special promotions, management requests, and sales meetings.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field).
- 4+ years wholesale or retail experience in a Sales Planning/Analysis position with e-commerce responsibility in 2+ years.
- Experience working with Amazon.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills; understanding & execution of "Retail Math".
- Experience with tracking historical sales data and forecasting sales is essential.
- Ability to mediate differences of opinions when conflicts arise and facilitate resolution.
- Ability to participate actively in cross-functional initiatives and projects.
- Demonstrated knowledge of industry practices and current trends.
- Ability to manipulate and analyze large amounts of data and present findings in a concise manner.
- Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organization skills, drive and ambition, Attention to detail and solid. communication skills are essential due to the collaborative nature of the team and business.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce business and the supply chain.
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
