Highly respected Catalog, Publications and Book print provider of quality multi - media solutions to customers in the publishing / publication industry is seeking to hire Sales Executives to develop "new business opportunities" within the publications, association directories, catalogs and book segments. We are a provider of print and digital solutions for magazines, catalogs, directories and books.
NOTE: ** Must have a successful level of Printing Industry SALES Experience to qualify for this opportunity
The ideal candidate is a “sales professional” in the publications / directory or book sales segment. This is an ideal opportunity for a “new business hunter - with 4 to 10 years of progressively escalating sales experience and accomplishments in commercial printing, publications, books (or printing-related services); with emphasis in B2B catalogs, short- to medium-circulation magazines or specialty books.
You won’t just sell printing, you will seek opportunities to assess, evaluate and map solutions that meet customers’ media needs in reaching their audiences. (Preferences provided for a demonstrated history of selling solutions into the publishing / publication printing segment).
The candidates we seek must possess an independent drive to succeed, have the ability to work remotely, be highly motivated, and an excellent prospector and new business “hunter” (self-driven). No account managers needed. The ideal candidates will excel in the “consultative sales process”
Representatives must know the regional client markets and have “some” equitable publisher / association (client) relationships to migrate to the new employer.
Qualifications include a B.S. degree in a related field and/or commensurate experience and the desire and ability to sell for the very best in the industry.
Generous base compensation plan (depending on prior relationships and business penetration) - plus commissionable eventually leading to full commission sales income. Excellent benefits, business tools and normal business expenses paid.
