As the Senior Account Executive you are a reliable and trusted source for our clients in helping to manage and execute our day-to-day responsibilities. In this role you’ll report directly to the Group Account Director , and will interact with a mix of other account, creative and production team members at all levels from across the agency.


  • Act as the day-to-day contact for key clients; managing deadlines and projects across the wider agency

  • Liaise between client and internal/external stakeholders, relaying information in a timely and concise manner

  • Help steward financial excellence by managing budgets, forecasting and client billing to ensure all projects are invoiced accurately and timely

  • Collaborate with account leaders and other senior staff members to develop and deliver account strategy and drive initiatives that meet KPIs

  • Build relationships with client contacts, colleagues and vendors, providing value as a source of information relative to brand objectives and business needs

  • Develop deep expertise and knowledge of the client’s business(es) and industry; and with this knowledge identify ways to promote organic growth within existing business

  • Serve as a mentor and additional support to junior-level team members


  • 5-7 years of client management experience; experience in agency environment is preferred

  • Proven ability to lead accounts and ongoing client relationships that includes identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience

  • A creative and analytical approach to problem solving; you embrace a solution-oriented mindset

  • Outstanding design presentation and reporting capabilities

  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal

  • Ability to manage work adhering to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment while having fun and respecting each other’s work/life balance

  • Effectively build teams and strengthen collaboration across agency verticals

  • Display exceptional interpersonal skills
