Immediate Job Opportunity Available for an Industrial Electrician to work at a Major Manufacturer located in Newark, NJ.

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Hours: 1st into 2nd shift with a lot of overtime!!!

Job Responsibilities: Technical Knowledge of Motors, Schematics & Electrical Print Reading.AC/DC Theory, Power Distribution, Test Instruments Ability to Troubleshoot Control Systems Power Supplies, Experience with Mechanical Computer & PLC, AC/DC Drives, Hand & Power Tools, Electrical Maintenance & Installation, and Analog & Digital Electronics. Inspect electrical equipment and evaluate how well it is working. Perform wiring installations within the plant. Perform conduit bending and installation. Perform motor and transformer maintenance & repairs. Maintain and replace (as needed) manual & automatic control devices (sensors, controllers, actuators, PLCs etc.)

Qualifications: At least 3-5 years of industrial maintenance electrician experience within a manufacturing environment. Must have good deductive reasoning skills to identify electrical problems in complex electrical grids, isolate the problems and fix them. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, electrical blue prints, procedures, correspondence & memos. Ability to speak and understand English.

  • Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS.
