Customer Service Representative

Company: We operate as a non-profit organization offering thermostats, water-saving devices, and rebate progressing services.

Pay and Schedule: We are offering $16.75-$17.50 per hour to start. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Responsibilities

·         Answer a high volume of incoming calls while utilizing multiple databases and resources.

·         Process orders, returns, credits, and exchanges for customers.

·         Assist customers in identifying available energy conservation programs, rules, and application processes.

·         Assist customers using multiple forms of communication, including but not limited to: phone, email, and chat

Qualification

·         High School Diploma with some college or industry-related experience preferred

·         1-2 years of office experience

·         Computer skills and data entry experience

·         Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
