Onsite five days a week between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm.
Role description: Preferably bilingual Hispanic due to our production population.
We are looking for someone new to the HR field or HR-related schooling and prefers to mentor on an HR career path. Recruiting coordinators are welcome, as that will be the primary role of this individual. They are needed to start ASAP to train to cover for HR Coordinator’s LOA in February. They need to have the desire to grow and learn the HR field and all its function. The position will start as primarily a recruiting coordinator for all our applicants and candidates. He/She will assist the HR Coordinator with translation frequently; We will train in confidentiality, HIPPA, and ethics. Must have good typing and computer skills.
Primary responsibilities: Recruiting Coordinator and Records Keeper
Recruiting Coordinator Role:
· Contact applicants online, via phone, and in person.
· Schedule and conduct phone screens.
· Help set-up Social Media accounts
· Maintain a log of recruiting efforts for frequent review with managers and the HR Coordinator.
· Coordinate interviews, tours, and onboarding of all temporary and directly employed new hires utilizing in house ATS System.
· Responsible for reporting on statuses for recruiting and new hires.
· Coordinate with HR Department to cover LOAs and vacations within the various departments.
Additional Recordkeeping and Other duties assigned:
· Assist maintaining electronic HR Files
· Scan documents as needed
· Electronically file employee documents with in HRIS system and on Company drive.
· Assist HR Coordinator with I-9 audit, company announcements, company event planning, open enrollment, as well as other functions as needed.
