WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
As a Client Care Specialist / Administrative Assistant on our team, your friendly customer service is what makes our clients happy to do business with us. As you you assist the construction manager with day-to-day tasks, you establish procedures and processes to keep everything flowing and organized. You will perform a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing documents, assembling bids using blueprints, entering purchase orders, and transferring awarded job information to the field. You also manage the future bid calendar, coordinate with vendors, connect to building automation systems, and make minor adjustments. But, really, it's not what you will do, but how you will do it. You will need to be proactive--seeing what needs to be done and doing it. Under your watch, the office should be clean and organized.
