Job Summary
Perform maintenance and service repairs on residential heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems. Install new systems or replacement parts for existing units according to specifications and established safety guidelines. Have a knowledge of the field’s commonly used concepts, practices and procedures. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.
Job Duties
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC equipment
- Perform repairs on various HVAC equipment brands
- Effectively communicate with customers and office staff
- Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment
- Promote Service Agreements
Education and Experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of residential HVAC diagnostic and repair
- Minimum of 2 years HVAC experience
- EPA certified
- High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements
- Able to work in extreme temperatures
- Able to adapt to all environments including but not limited to confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
- Able to lift over 50 pounds
- Able to work extended daily work hours when necessary
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and on-call as necessary
Pay Scale
Pay will be based on experience and performance: You ultimately determine your hourly rate, plus the opportunity to earn commission
