The High-Level Overview: This is a hands-on tactical and strategic, full-time position with day-to-day duties responsible for supporting the company by administering various HR needs serving as a subject matter expert and trusted agent for our company. The HR Business Partner directly supports the needs of the business and is considered a key leadership position in the HRx team.
The range we have identified for this position is $58,000 - $71,000 per year
How You Will Do It
Responsible for designing and developing workflow strategies and provide to the HR Business Associate and HR Assistants.
Directs guidance on HR-related issues and business practices for the HRx team and client partners.
Establish priorities and manage change with business owners/leaders in a consistently evolving work environment.
Deliver dynamic content and information proactively in response to changing compliance requirements, and the specific needs of the organizations they support.
Build solid partner and vendor relationships to effectively support client partner needs with outside resources to include: HRIS, Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Talent Acquisition tools and services.
Using your Witt, project management, relationship building, collaboration, innovative thought process!
As this position requires a lot of connection with client partners, there are times where onsite collaboration is required.
Most travel is local to Colorado, but the need to travel occasionally outside of the state is likely.
PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification is required.
3-5 years of progressive work experience leading to HR strategic or business level experience in HR Business Partner, Generalist or specialty focus area is desired.
3 years of experience working in a client partner-facing role is preferred.
Strong time management and people skills, and adaptability
Advanced knowledge proficient skills in developing and administering Federal & Colorado employment law.
Skilled at analyzing compliance and risk on a holistic approach while supporting our client partners' operational needs.
Skills in responding to complex employee relations issues and conducting workplace investigations.
Training skills and the ability to develop and deliver content to key stakeholders, managers, and employees alike are essential.
Proficient understanding of advanced principles in human resources and how to apply them in specific situations.
Has advanced collaboration and communication skills and the ability to foster long-standing relationships.
Proficient knowledge of compensation administration & design, health and welfare benefits, and organization development.
Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, task prioritization and delegation, and overall management of internal processes and controls.
Basic skills using collaboration tools, such as MS Teams, basecamp, or slack and consultative related tools such as SharePoint, ClickUp, and/or Asana.
Proficient skills using HR-related systems and tools, such as HRIS, ATS, Benefits Admin, and Compensation benchmarking systems.
Skills using basic office administrative tools, such as, Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint).
Office skills include strong typing/keyboarding and using basic office machines.
