Customer Service Representative

DescriptionThe customer service representative is primarily responsible for providing customer service to internal and external customers. CSR will use in depth knowledge of HRD's products and services and exercise independent judgment within established guidelines to answer customer inquiries and resolve issues. Keep record of customer interactions in database.
Complete appropriate forms related to service orders; CSR will use phone, email or fax. Other duties include performing clerical activities and serve as a backup in the absence of other CSR's.Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent; 3-5 years previous B2B customer service experience; Solid knowledge of HRD's administrative process; Knowledge of FAA import/export regulations; Proficient Microsoft suite application outlook, word and Excel; Able to calculate figures and amounts such as markups, discounts, proportions and percentages; Strong written and verbal communication skills required; Excellent interpersonal skills; Able to type 35 wpm; Able to work in a close-knit team environment where attitude and work ethic matter.
