Our client is a high growth company providing a B2B2C platform that provides end-to-end prescription management and delivery service, connecting all stakeholders in the specialty pharmacy ecosystem. Their robust platform connects patients, prescribers, pharmacies, and manufacturers that enables patients to get access to low-cost medicines and patient outcomes. Role Description

As a Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the success of assigned state territories. Primary responsibilities will include calling into pharmacy locations, managing a full partner cycle from initial lead search, research and lead qualification to conducting insightful discovery calls and presenting a strong value proposition to closing the opportunity.

  • Inside sales position focused on acquiring new partnerships with partner pharmacies in the U.S.
  • Work full cycle deals from lead research to close, while keeping the CRM updated
  • Manage a portfolio of partners focusing on strengthening and growing their business
  • Act as the Partner’s point of contact handling inquiries, continuous product education, resolving conflicts, and providing solutions in a timely manner
  • Work closely with our engineering, sales, and patient advocate teams to streamline processes and develop the product roadmap to support the partner team
  • Analyze your portfolio’s strengths and weaknesses, providing recommendations on how to capitalize on the strengths or how to improve what is not a good fit
  • Proactively seek new partnership opportunities in the market
  • Collaborating with Partnership Director and other team members to ensure the company's goals and targets are met
  • Represent the company at events and conferences as needed

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably at a digital health company (telemedicine, pharmacy, EHR...)
  • History of hitting strategic targets and exceeding monthly goals/KPIs consistently
  • Self-motivated, driven, hands-on individual with an aptitude for pushing through daily, weekly and monthly quotas
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated relationship building skills both internally and externally in pre and post- close
  • Ability to operate and work independently in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Comfortability with the dynamic nature of a rapidly expanding company with the ability to adapt and change
  • Can work remotely and excels in cross-functional working environments
  • Experience creating sales pitch decks and other insights driven collaterals a plus
