We are seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to play a critical role within our organization. Your expertise lies in your positivity, approachability, and execution abilities in a rapidly changing environment. Working with our executives, engineers, support staff and summer interns during busy season, you will do a variety of work and be cross trained to other departments for growth opportunities. As the Receptionist / Administrative Assistant, you will be the first impression for the entire organization and play a critical role in the daily operations of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct all incoming calls to appropriate departments
  • Provide administrative support to members of the management team as needed
  • Maintain and order necessary office supplies from designated vendors
  • Field internal and external general office inquiries
  • Assist as needed with facilities management inquiries for office
  • Manage internal communications and reminders to include office updates, new hires or summer intern start dates to include managers title and department
  • Administrative support for the planning and logistics associated with internal events and quarterly meetings
  • Handle calendar management, catering logistics for department meetings
  • Process and distribute all incoming mail
  • Other various duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor, willing to learn
