Part-time Facility Maintenance TechnicianWorking weekends or evenings and being on call for after hour emergenciesPosition Requirements: Resolve maintenance issues in the area of electrical distribution, emergency power, heating ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, natural gas, medical air and gases, and vacuum Know how to turn off main power supply, water supply, and/or gas supply to facility. Perform minor carpentry repairs Preserve the beauty and the safety of the IPUs through general upkeep and cleanliness, snow removal and grounds maintenance Demonstrate neat appearance and good personal hygiene. Read, know and follow personnel, department, and facility policies.Physical Requirements: Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier lifting or movement tasks with assistance.
Move up and down stairs, and/or ladders. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting... pulling, and stooping.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
