With an exquisite cuisine in an elegant, yet casual atmosphere this concept is seeking a proven and successful leader to join their organization as the General Manager. This restaurant conducts business guided by a set of established service standards that are the foundation of the dining experience. Focusing first and foremost on the guest, these standards drive the day to day operations. The General Manager is expected to lead the team and enriches standards while delivering positive financial results. This position is best suited who truly enjoys being highly engaged and interactive with guests, working respectfully in partnership with all staff.
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- 3 years experience as a GM
- Natural leader with success in developing and leading a strong professional team
- Strong F&B knowledge
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
