This company promotes a 100% scratch kitchen and autonomy in menu development. We are a culinary leader who is pro-active, creative, outgoing and truly understands the ebbs and flows of seasonal volume in a year-round operation.
COMPENSATION: Base Salary $50,000 - $65,000 (based on experience) an excellent benefits package including bonus, health care, and 401k!
Banquet Sous Chef Experience/Qualifications:
- 4+ years of full BOH management experience
- Must possess hotel, restaurant or private club culinary experience
- Strong Banquets and catering experience
- Menu engineering/development experience
- Experience overseeing inventory, payroll, scheduling, and budgeting
- Able to manage and lead a large team to success
