Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager responsible for a team of service technicians that service commercial kitchens to ensure compliance and maintain efficient operations. The Operations Manager is accountable for all aspects relating to the training and support of our kitchen exhaust cleaning technicians. Our Operations Manager position will be a good fit for someone with at least 6 months of management, team lead, or operations supervisory experience.

Tasks:

Initial and ongoing training of technicians

Ensure that all jobs are completed on schedule by preparing technicians with keys, codes, and work orders

Perform pre and post-job site inspections as requested

Validate picture reports, service reports and technician time cards

Respond to and resolve all customer complaints

Manage all equipment and vehicle maintenance, including truck inventory

Monitor overnight production and communications

Typical work schedule: Sunday-Thursday 3 pm -11 pm with occasional on-call support

Requirements:

6 months to a year of managerial experience

Able to work evening shifts

Microsoft Office and general computer skills are a must

The ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50 lbs., working in small spaces, climbing ladders, and cannot be afraid of heights

The ability to tolerate hot and cold environments
