Job Description

We are seeking an Account Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for supporting the account team, managing technical projects by staying organized on project plans and deadlines, handling email correspondence and follow up, and working alongside Senior Consultants on overseeing day to day tasks and deliverables. Additionally, you will be required to maintain a high level of quality through accuracy, responsiveness, and reliability.

Please note that this position is not remote at this time. We are small boutique consulting firm and operate like a close family - being in office is critical for the training process, and overall account management. 

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, proposals, PBM requests, and other client communications, and correspondence.
  • Maintenance of Plan Documentation and current contracts.
  • Preparing Plan Reviews using our proprietary software.
  • Maintain our Project CRM – Monday.com.
  • Managing our Quality Control Process and ensuring all deliverables have met the required QC standards.
  • Resolution or appropriate escalation of PBM client service issues at the direction of the Account Manager.
  • Participate and document discussions during client meetings and conference calls.
  • Prepare meeting recaps itemizing all discussion points, action items, and next steps.
  • Track and follow up on multiple email correspondence for various Clients and PBMs.
  • Serve as a resource for the Senior Consultant team. 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, project management, or other related fields is required.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extremely organized and able to keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
