Job Description

Position Responsibilities

  1. Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology.
  2. Communicate with customers via phone, email.
  3. Solve customer problems and find the best possible solutions.
  4. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing & availability.
  5. Become a product expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  2. Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
  3. Thrive in a fast-paced environment with coaching support.
  4. Dedicated to excellent attendance.
