Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to that will develop, implement, track and optimize our marketing efforts across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will be versed in web design, content development, direct marketing (email), and social media. In this role, you'll be able help to create and implement the vision and roadmap of our company and core product.

You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing activities from concept to execution. Critical to our organization, your efforts will help us to voice a clear, consistent message to our target audience and create a framework for generating leads for the sales team. You'll also provide input to improve our software product and reinforce it's value proposition. 

You'll be joining a rapidly growing recruitment technology organization. Your efforts are needed to provide thought leadership and execution to the details of our core product and our company.  As a member of the leadership team, you'll work directly with others in helping to catapult HIRECLICK to 4000+ clients within the next 3 years. While we feel like a startup at times, we are a 17 year old, profitable company that recognizes the importance of this role.

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including email, social media and other database marketing efforts.
Work with leadership team in managing our pending website redesign.
Implement scalable, automated marketing solutions (HubSpot or others).
Lead, design, and build our content marketing strategy.
Create impactful sales materials, including sales information sheets, whitepapers, and infographics.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing activities.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Collaborate with vendor partners.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
Proven working experience in marketing, preferably within a software or technology company and or product.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media, etc.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools 
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
