Job Description

Well-established eDiscovery company is seeking a detail oriented and process focused Quality Control Specialist to join our talented team. Position Summary: The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for checking outgoing deliverables to ensure that they are free of defects and produced according to internal specifications and external guidelines. Supports process improvements by assists in identifying problem areas and offering improvement suggestions.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Process, analyze, filter, and produce client ingested data through eDiscovery tools (Relativity, NUIX, iPRO, eCapture)
· Uploading and exporting data manually or with the use of process tools
· Create workspaces, indices, layouts, fields, views, review batches, search term reports, etc.
· Oversees quality assurance processes throughout the EDRM
· Conduct quality reviews of data within databases to ensure data integrity
· Create and run searches
· Respond to incoming requests for assistance with troubleshooting, workflows, and database administration
· Evaluate data sets from eDisovery tools such as NUIX, Relativity, iPRO, and other eDisovery tools
· Confirm accuracy of data loading, manipulation, and conversion by performing and documenting quality checks in accordance with specifications
· Manipulate load files as needed
· Identify and develop QC methods
· Analyze source data to troubleshoot issues
· Other duties as assigned

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

· Ability to work independently and complete assignments according to instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices while meeting deadlines
· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong time management and organizational skills
· Familiar with eDiscovery processing tools and techniques
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Experience and Education

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
· Minimum of 4 years’ experience
· Hands on experience with NUIX and Relativity preferred
