About You:

You are passionate about the role new technologies can play to improve workflow efficiency and data foundations. Ultimately you seek a higher purpose in helping enterprises become more responsible and accountable, and the impact suppliers can have to achieve this.

You are the type of person that treats your function as your own business, set daily goals, and has a plan to reach the results you want to achieve. You are comfortable with making mistakes, taking feedback, and improving one step at a time.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales efforts to win new accounts in the assigned territory or accounts across a complex buyer enablement process.
  • Approach and document each qualified opportunity based on HICX's account planning framework and methodology to maximize win rates.
  • Capture essential client data points and dynamically update account plan and Salesforce.
  • Accountable for accurate and regular opportunity forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams for new account pursuits.
  • Promote HICX's products, and services and competes for mindshare across multiple enterprise stakeholders, and advocate client success with customer use cases.
  • Provides customer feedback to internal stakeholders to influence strategy, product, and marketing.
  • Brings expertise in enterprise buying enablement and strategic account nurture strategies.
  • Partner effectively with Solution Consulting teams to develop solid customer business cases for HICX solutions and the customer requirements that will maximize business outcomes.
  • Partner effectively with Solution Consulting teams to maximize the quality of bids.
  • Individual contributor who will not have management duties and responsibilities and who will contribute to the company independently to support its mission and goals.

  • You have 10-20 years SaaS sales experience within ProcureTech will be a is a major plus but background with SupplyTech or DataTech will also be considered.
  • You offer a convincing vision based narrative, can articulate business outcomes, develop winning business case proposals and align messaging to a variety of senior enterprise stakeholders.
  • You are experienced in deploying account planning methodologies and the MEDDIC framework.
  • You have exceptional levels of drive, motivation and can demonstrate high performance in your career.
  • You are a creative and resourceful 'doer' able to operate using your own judgment and not afraid to try new approaches.
  • You have both big and small company experience. Consulting experience would be a plus.
  • You have a growth mind-set and always keen to learn and improve.
  • You are confident but humble and your attention is naturally geared towards what you do not know vs what you know.
