Site Manager:
Must be able to pass a government felony/misdemeanor background check
Directs company program and implements company policy to ensure compliance with contract duties between company and Customer by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Coordinating and directing operations necessary to carry out contractual responsibilities and profitability that meet both the Customer’s and the company's contractual expectations.
Maintains a safe work environment for self and employees by implementing comprehensive safety, recognition, and training programs. Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, such as FLSA, OSHA, ADA, etc.
Manages and retains a qualified staff that is reasonably satisfied with position and compensation, understands and is trained for their position and has a clear line of sight to the goals and expectations of the company and recognized the impact their contributions to the Company.
- Must be able to pass a government felony/misdemeanor background check.
- At least 2 years custodial management experience
- Manage multiple employees
- Valid drivers license
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Floor care knowledge
- Flexible hours
