HHM Facility Management is hiring for a Office Cleaning Supervisor position: HHM Facility Management leads our industry in providing building and janitorial maintenance services to our clients. This is due in large part to the outstanding team of employees who work to build strong relationships for those customers we service.

This position normally works 6pm - 2am schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

  • Plans and develops work schedules to ensure adequate service
  • Inspects and evaluates physical condition of establishment for program compliance (Safety, Quality, and Service)
  • Audit and maintain inventory supplies and equipment
  • Implements organization policies and goals
  • Analyze budgets, and meet budget goals
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations – FLSA, OSHA, ADA, etc.
  • Acts as liaison between company, clients, employees, and subcontractors
  • Implement strategies to achieve organization goals
  • Travel required
  • Must be able to lift 50-100 pounds
  • Must be able to pass a background check
