Customer Service Representative - HGS280

We need dynamic individuals to join our Customer Service team to answer incoming calls for a growing leader in telecommunications. Do you think you can help each and every customer know what it feels like to be satisfied with their entertainment provider? If your answer is YES, we have a great opportunity that provides that provides:

$11.50 an hour, with paid breaks ($12.00 an hour for Spanish speaking Representatives)

Increase your pay:

-- Shift Differential – EARN up to $2.00/Hour if you work one of our Premium Shift

-- Sale commission once you finish training

8 Weeks of fully paid training

Shift Premiums paid for evening and weekend shifts

What would you be doing?

Delivering an exceptional customer experience by resolving customer’s questions, complaints and requests for service

Helping callers understand their bills and services

Sell customers ancillary services that complement their current services and/or lifestyle

Handling escalated and complex customer calls

Providing troubleshooting on technical questions related to home Television and Internet

Along with a passion for helping people with technology, we look for:

A high school diploma (or GED)

6 months Call Center experience

Ability to perform your job duties while speaking in Spanish and English

Willingness to submit a background check

Shift Flexibility – Our customers need help Monday to Sunday 6am-10pm (Flexible w/school schedule provided AFTER 8 weeks of training)

Someone who is very comfortable with computers

The ability to multi-task easily
