With this in mind we are looking for Bilingual (Spanish / English) Customer Service Representatives – Healthcare who can:
Through inbound calls, give a pleasant and caring approach to each individual client, on each and every transaction.
Effectively communicate insurance information for the purpose of establishing health care changes, pricing, benefits & other questions around their policy.
Act as an advocate for each and every customer
Accurately confirm insurance information.
Accurately & quickly document all interactions in a timely manner into multiple screens and database.
Quickly determine if an inquiry needs to be transferred to another business area in order to assist the customer’s needs.
What do we offer?
$10.50 an hour, with paid breaks, with fully paid training @$10.00/hour

What are we looking for?
Great PC skills with data entry using multiple applications
1 year of customer service experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Shift Flexibility – Our customers need help Monday to Sunday 6:00am-8:00pm
You would work 5/7 days and avg. 40 hours/week
