Service Shuttle Driver/ Customer Service Assistant

Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships seeks a full time Driver and Customer Service Assistant for our Service Department to join our team!

Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships, the largest automotive group in Delaware and the Eastern Shore Service Driver / Customer Service Assistant Duties:

• Assist by shuttling customers (pick up and drop off) getting their vehicles serviced at our dealership
• Make sure service lane is clear and appearance maintained
• Assist in cleaning serviced vehicles in the customer service wash
• Pull cars around when completed from our service bay to the customer pick up area
• Other duties as directed

Porter candidates will meet the following requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid motor vehicle record with little to no points
• Neat and clean appearance, customer service oriented and good communication skills
