HERO® is seeking driven and dedicated professionals, superpowers preferred, to join our HEROIC service team! You will be part of an elite team of superheroes helping to provide technical support and solutions to hundreds of local small to mid-size businesses.
We are looking for SUPERHEROES that need a generous alter ego for the time between saving the world from super villains. The HERO® Halls of Justice is our epic HQ office with cutting-edge technology, massive gaming monitors, sit/stand desks, blazing Internet, gaming teams, and a culture that work hard and plays hard. Base salaries starts at $13 to $18 per hour (based on experience), and ridiculous commissions and residual structure.
- Monitor and Schedule Service Appointments
- Answering Incoming Service Calls
- Maintain a record of client contact information
- Shipping and Receiving of Equipment
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Prior Service Dispatch experience
- Experience in technology, IT, telephone equipment, preferred
- Strong telephone, text, and chat software skills
- Ability to build rapport with callers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to fly or lift very heavy objects a plus
