Job Description
  • Required to follow all recipes provided by the Executive Chef in order to properly execute daily service.
  • Must have knowledge of all products needed to complete recipes and assisting coworkers to ensure the product is always available.
  • Follow proper measuring and cooking techniques as defined by supervisors.
  • Practice proper cooling, labeling and storage procedures.
  • Participate in special events and banquet functions as needed.
  • Responsible for daily cleaning, maintenance and storage of all equipment.
  • Understand how to check-in and receive all orders placed by the Executive Chef, Kitchen Supervisor, and Lead Line Cooks.
  • Follow proper receiving habits outlined by supervisors.
  • Properly completing all SOP Guides, Daily Prep Lists, Cooler Temp Logs, Freezer Pull Sheets, Line Checks, Cooling Logs, etc.
  • Working closely and assisting Prep Cooks to help prepare for the success of the company on a daily basis.
  • Perform all other job requests as assigned by management.
