Key Responsibilities include:
Manage the day-to-day front office operations including but not limited to:
-Supporting the Sales Manager and field sales team with queries & requests
-Prepare invoices, purchase orders, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using MS Office.
-Accounts payable & receivable; collecting outstanding invoices
-Sales Calls to existing and new customers; receive customer orders by phone, and email; assist in verifying orders prior to shipment
-Running daily, weekly and monthly reports
-Maintain office cleanliness
- Perform general office duties to include but not limited to answering phones, printing, copying, scanning, and mailing
This is a *Temporary* 3-4 Months full time job with regular hours 8:30AM - 5:00PM Monday through Friday.
