Job Description

Hospital Central Services, Inc. & Affiliates (HCSC) has been dedicated to providing its partners with innovative healthcare solutions. This role will work in our Ambulatory Care Division. The Ambulatory Care Call Center Associate supports Ambulatory Care external customers as well as the Ambulatory Care service staff on a daily basis. This support consists of, but not limited to, phone, voicemail, email, and written communication to customers and internal personnel. This position will also assist the management team in all facets of record keeping, reporting and data transfers.

Pay: $15.00 per hour


· Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) preferred

· Excellent ability to understand and use software relevant to the position-Training provided

· Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English

· Able to handle difficult situations and persons tactfully and professionally

· Able to manage multiple priorities

· Works well in a team environment

Experience and Education:

· High school diploma/GED

· One year call center/customer service experience preferred
