Manage administration of patient care using the EHR/Practice management software
Check patients in and out
Facilitate successful and accurate patient scheduling
Manage digital intake forms efficiently and accurately
Create invoices and accept payments
Provide every patient the opportunity to get the most out of their care by:
Managing people’s fears/concerns around money and proactively reinforce their decisions to move toward optimal health
Requesting feedback/reviews/testimonials for in-house or social media use
Upselling other products/providers with integrity
Assist providers in daily administration of patient care by:
Acting as the communication liaison between providers and patients
Keeping patients/doctors on time
Delegating/coordinating tasks to and communicating with providers, clinic assistant, health coaches, etc. for optimum fulfillment of quality team care
Support the manager and clinical team by completing various requested administrative tasks thoroughly and on time
Maintain high quality environment of waiting area and shared patient spaces
Light cleaning duties throughout the office to maintain a welcoming and sanitary space
Enthusiastically participate in a team effort to track, improve, and maintain new patient bookings, patient retention, referrals, and other metrics leading to measurable clinic growth
