Medical Front Desk Reception Seattle, WA

Role:

Administrator of front desk operations. Create memorable, seamless experiences for patients, prospects, staff, and providers as the touch point of the clinic through which all people pass.

Purpose:

To increase the quality and value of the patient experience and enhance the mission and vision of the clinic.

Responsibilities:

Create stellar first and last impressions for patients by engaging them warmly and developing lasting relationships.

Lead front desk operations:

Masterfully handle all communications:

Manage administration of patient care using the EHR/Practice management software

Check patients in and out

Facilitate successful and accurate patient scheduling

Manage digital intake forms efficiently and accurately

Create invoices and accept payments

Provide every patient the opportunity to get the most out of their care by:

Managing people’s fears/concerns around money and proactively reinforce their decisions to move toward optimal health

Requesting feedback/reviews/testimonials for in-house or social media use

Requesting referrals

Upselling other products/providers with integrity

Assist providers in daily administration of patient care by:

Acting as the communication liaison between providers and patients

Keeping patients/doctors on time

Delegating/coordinating tasks to and communicating with providers, clinic assistant, health coaches, etc. for optimum fulfillment of quality team care

Support the manager and clinical team by completing various requested administrative tasks thoroughly and on time

Maintain high quality environment of waiting area and shared patient spaces

Light cleaning duties throughout the office to maintain a welcoming and sanitary space

Enthusiastically participate in a team effort to track, improve, and maintain new patient bookings, patient retention, referrals, and other metrics leading to measurable clinic growth

We have a large existing database of active physicians and also work daily to find new and qualified candidates for our clients openings. We assist our clients and candidates by identifying their search criteria, assessing the current market, scheduling interviews, referencing, and handling contract negotiations.
