* Certified Surgical Technician
* High School Diploma or equivalent Operating Room Technician Certification/Completion of an approved surgical scrub tech program.
* Current BLS certification.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* 1 year in acute care setting preferred.
Assists surgeon during operative and invasive procedures. Assists with preparing operating suite for procedures. Helps to monitor PAR level of all surgical instruments and supplies. Cleans and sterilizes surgical instruments as indicated. Participates in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities.
