Summary:

· Position: Pharmacy Tech Inpatient

· Facility: PharmacyGroup

· Location: La Jolla

· Hours: 12: 30 AM to 9: 00 PM

· Days: Monday- Friday

Responsibilities:

· Preparation of medications for patients

• Receiving and verifying the prescriptions
• Pricing and filling of prescriptions
• Obtaining pharmacist’ s approval
• Completing patient paperwork related to the filling of prescription
• Stocking and pricing of medications in inventory
• Ensuring availability of drugs by delivering them to patients or facilities

Qualifications:

· High Scholl Diploma or Equivalent

· Must be organized, detailed, and professional

· Verbal and written communication skills
