Job Description

We are looking to hire Customer Service Representatives to start immediately! 

Schedule- Monday - Friday 8am-5pm 

Essential Functions

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Discuss warranty claim and expectations with customers
  • Prepare and process warranty documentation
  • Submit claims quickly and efficiently
  • Keep accurate inventory of ordered warranty parts and organize vendor paperwork
  • Ensure H+K has sufficient insurance information on contractor prior to work being performed
  • Enter and maintain sales orders in IT systems for warranty service
  • Maintain internal log for all warranty related calls

Education, Experience, and Knowledge Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years' experience working in customer service, preferably service warranties
