Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are looking to hire Customer Service Representatives to start immediately!
Schedule- Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Essential Functions
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Discuss warranty claim and expectations with customers
- Prepare and process warranty documentation
- Submit claims quickly and efficiently
- Keep accurate inventory of ordered warranty parts and organize vendor paperwork
- Ensure H+K has sufficient insurance information on contractor prior to work being performed
- Enter and maintain sales orders in IT systems for warranty service
- Maintain internal log for all warranty related calls
Education, Experience, and Knowledge Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years' experience working in customer service, preferably service warranties
