Job Description

We are seeking an Accounting And Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Admin Department, including but not limited to: answering telephone calls and data entry.
  • Perform daily financial transactions, computing, and posting records.
  • Support Sales Team

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business or accounting desirable or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience working in an administrative and/ or accounting capacity preferred.
  • Self-motivated with an excelled work ethic.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organized with the ability to meet assigned deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
