What You'll Be Doing
The Beverage Program Manager is responsible for the entirety of the beverage program at the restaurant. This position reports directly to the General Manager (Managing Partner) and is responsible for the accountability, training, and development of the hourly front-of-house team members.
Responsibilities

•The curation, planning, and maintenance of the beverage program
•Assist the corporate marketing team with marketing the program
•Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new staff
•Educating and training staff on beverage standards and operating procedures
•Develop and understand P&L and participate in P&L meetings
•Under the direction of the General Manager, ensures the restaurant is functional and meets all quality standards on a daily basis, including, but not limited to: cleanliness, guest service, and execution of food and beverage service
•Handles customer complaints and resolves issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner
•Conducts daily inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards
•Assist with the entry of vendor invoices and product checks
•Maintains sales records and tracks cash receipts and daily cash handling throughout the shift
•Maintains confidentiality of all propriety company operations, programs, and material information
•Maintains quality assurance and compliance with all regulatory requirements
•Ensures compliance with current laws and policies to provide a work environment free from any harassment and/or discriminatory behavior
•Assist with the maintenance and submittal of payroll reports
•Assists with discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
•Maintain a reputation of professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures
•Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate improved working relationships
•Creates an atmosphere that allows for the respect, safety, and well-being of all coworkers and guests

•Salary Range: $68,000 - $75,000 + Bonus

Qualifications
•2+ years of extensive Beverage Program management experience (which includes the development and maintenance of beverage programs)
•Excellent communication skills
•Experience training staff on beverage program
•Proven ability as a self-starter that sets and accomplishes goals
•Basic Computer Knowledge
•Experience developing staff
•Management experience required
•Successful completion of ServSafe Manager certification required with 30 days of hire
