Position Summary- Expanding Dietary Supplement company specializing in Vitamin Gummies and
Capsules for Private Label and Co-Packing customers is hiring an experienced Manager to oversee both
Packaging and the Warehousing of our products. This role will have direct contribution while we look to
develop new systems, increase productivity, and create organization across both departments.

Role Responsibilities- In this role, the ideal candidate will oversee and schedule all daily packaging and
warehouse requirements based on customer orders and scheduled deliveries to meet specific timelines.
All products, both raw and finished goods are to be stored in an organized manner that is set up to
insure GMP and FDA standards.

Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock.
SOP’s will be written as needed to maintain consistency and training of personnel in both packaging and
warehouse departments.

Maintain schedules for both 1 st and 2 nd shifts based on customer orders, daily production, and
warehouse inventories. Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a
timely manner
Good Documentation Practices are followed and maintained according to regulatory requirements and
reviewed for accuracy. Housekeeping of both the Warehouse and Packaging lines are performed daily by those teams and
verified daily.

Follow and adhere to all Safety Protocols. Monitor workstations and surrounding areas for potential
risks. Keep up to date on the latest federal and state safety regulations. Manage warehouse associates,
monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment
Assist in the Training and Development of all new and existing team members. All GMP’s are to be
always followed and adhered to. Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to
improve employees

Skills and Qualifications for Success in this roll are-

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Food Handlers card and familiarity with GMP for food processing
• Prior experience working with inventory control systems is preferred
• Prior knowledge of warehouse paperwork and experience counting inventory and orders is preferred
• Experience operating certain power equipment such as forklifts is a plus
• Must be able to bend, stand reach, pull, lift and carry items in the warehouse
