Retail Customer Service Associate and Order Processor

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer and team member communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to think quickly on their feet.

Responsibilities:

• Provide world class customer service.
• Make a personal connection with every customer.
• Input orders for corporate accounts for personalization, shipping, etc..
• Maintain awareness of customers needs on a large sales floor.
• Resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and inviting space for customer and team members.
• Prepare freight for merchandising on sales floor.
• Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel for resolution.

5 Work Days per week, Saturdays required, closed Sundays.
