WHAT YOU WILL DO:
This is an exempt position responsible for oversight to Community Navigators providing immediate crisis intervention services for the Community Assistance and Life Liaison Program (CALL), in partnership with a local law enforcement agency. CALL respond to live 911 calls, separate of law enforcement, that are non-violent, non-criminal in nature with a social service need. This role supports law enforcement in efforts to reduce the number of officers deployed to non-emergency situations and reduce recidivism of individuals requiring non-emergency law enforcement support. Calls for service may include mental health concerns, substance misuse, homelessness-related concerns, and disorderly juveniles/truancy.
The Clinical Supervisor will be required to provide on-site clinical assessments for Baker or Marchman Act when necessary, as well as assisting Community Navigators. This role includes engaging clients and offering available services and linkage to care.

Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 2:00 pm - 12:00 am

- Provide an in-person response within 30 minutes of receipt from the Police Department Communications Center.
- Provide psychoeducation, referral and follow-up to appropriate ancillary services such as: community counseling, psychiatric services, financial assistance, employment, etc.
- Support staff in creating partnerships with clients, community agencies, and other system.
- Participate in supervision, staff meetings, peer audits, and any other meetings or activities determined by the Program Director.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Clinical Supervisor must, at a minimum, have a master's degree AND hold an active State of Florida License in the discipline of Mental Health Counseling LMHC, Marriage and Family Therapy LMFT, Clinical Social Work LCSW and/ or Psychology.
- OR hold a State of Florida Registered Intern License in the discipline of Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Social Work and/ or Psychology and will obtain full licensure within 1 year of start date.
- Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
