As a Senior OMS Administrator you will operate, optimize and support the OMS environment, Create measured improvements in OMS Operational Health and develop new application functionality in OMS and maintain the integrity of the OMS System through design and development efforts.

You will be configuring the production OMS environment, perform business requirements analysis and design. Perform gap/fit analysis between OMS functionality and interpersonal requirements. Document functional requirements and software designs. Assist internal/external teams in developing more extensive OMS Knowledge. Also works with other IT staff, end users, management and support staff to identify areas where new applications will tackle business problems

Minimum requirements & special attributes

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in Business, Accounting, MIS, Information Technology, or similar
  • 5 years of relevant work experience with Distributed Order Management and with solid grasp of IBM/Sterling OMS (in addition to degree or years of previous experience) and the ability to document business issues and call out for help as required
  • Skilled understanding of IBM and Sterling OMS functionality (order management, procurement, inventory management, fulfillment)
  • Skilled knowledge of features, configuration and support of OMS and related technologies: Oracle, MS AX, Tibco, PIM
  • Skilled proficiency with planning and implementation of OMS system tests to ensure that functionality, configuration and data are as expected
