Federal Policy Analyst Subject Matter Expert

What You Will Do:

The Federal Policy Analysis Subject Matter Expert will do the following:

• Ensure all segments of the policy stakeholder community of interest know and understand the appropriate guidance related to public alert and warning.
• Draft plans, processes, guides, procedures, and policies for Government review;.
• Draft strategic plans, white papers, modeling and simulations, and interagency team charters.
• Perform policy and data analyses of complex federal topics and issues.
• Assist with the development of complex policy directives and make recommendations.
• Refine complex information into concise text for talking points and senior executive briefs.
• Review congressional policy and procedures, with the ability to understand complex legislation and prepare reports which summarize that information for readers in a clear and concise fashion.

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET/SCI federal security clearance
• Bachelors Degree
• Seven (7) years of relevant experience

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Current knowledge of alert and warning systems, policy, and stakeholders.
• Recent experience supporting federal policy development and analysis.
