We are seeking an Events Manager to setup trade shows, conduct field marketing and facilitate annual customer events.

What You'll Do

Trade Shows:
  • Research and identify trade shows and conferences we should be attending and develop an execution plan.
  • Establish relationships with industry associations and events/trade shows teams.
  • Develop pre-and post- show communication and nurture plans in partnership with the marketing and product teams.
  • Create event specifications, promotion plan, and budgets for each event; perform post-event spend and overall analysis.
  • Identify and explore opportunities to work with partners on co-marketing campaigns.
  • Track prospect and customer engagement and other metrics to measure the effectiveness and ROI of each event.
  • Directly attribute leads, pipeline and revenue to measure the ROI of your programs, communicating to the rest of the team and company.

Field Marketing: Demand Generation Strategy and Execution
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns to generate interest and inbound opportunities
  • Create content / asset plan mapping to sales pipeline and target outcomes
  • Work closely with Deloitte Marketing resources, executing within company standards, tools, and procedures
  • Develop maintain content / publishing calendar through social channels
  • Monitor and report campaign performance metrics

Annual Customer Event:
  • Plan and organize annual customer event for GuideCX. Collaborate with external constituents and internal partners to align and carry out strategic direction (i.e., Meeting objectives, desired outcomes, intended audience, content coordination, creative and innovative engagement techniques).
  • Facilitate attendee experience through registration site design, event promotion and communications, and attendee management to support needs related to meeting attendance
  • Investigate, source, negotiate, and coordinate hotel and meeting services (includes contractors, vendors, onsite staff) space set-up, food and beverage, transportation.
  • Coordinate and supervise AV/production and auxiliary technical services
  • Address all aspects of budget and billing, identification and quantification of cost savings/cost avoidance efforts, coordinating payment to vendors, and managing meeting expenses.

(Minimum Qualifications)
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of high-tech trade show experience
