We are seeking a Clinical Client Services Coordinator to join our team!
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will serve as the coordinator of all campus and client schedules in conjunction with the Support Services Supervisor. This position involves extensive contact with leadership at all levels within the Catholic Church.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates degree and 5+ years of business experience
- Experience working in a clinical/medical office environment preferred
- Experience with scheduling and calendaring a plus
- Must be detail oriented with solid organizational skills
- Must be able to handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion and to interact professionally and comfortably with all staff levels
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills
- Must have the ability to handle multiple projects, establish priorities and meet deadlines with attention to detail
- Must have the ability to anticipate the “big picture”
- Ability to work independently and be self-directed, while also being able to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Demonstrated motivational and problem solving capabilities with a high degree of integrity, ethics and dedication to the mission
- Experience and expertise in MS Office, internet and web-based applications
