We are already in the planning stages for the next year and are looking for an individual to fill a management position. To ensure that you are able to provide accurate and valuable feedback to any of our departments for this program, you will assist Upper Level Management and cross-train in all areas of our company.

While working with some of our Senior Staff, we expect an unwavering student mentality and a desire to provide exemplary solutions to any of our Client’s needs. We expect that you will represent our Company and Client’s at the most professional level and become an expert in our behind-the-scenes operations. Eventually, you will have mastered the knowledge and skills necessary in order to oversee and manage this new program.
We believe in making sure that any of our employees are provided FULL and extensive training to guarantee their success which is why we do not require any past experience. The most important attributes we look for in a candidate are their work ethic, desire to learn and grow, how they overcome challenges or problem solve, and the positive outlook they bring to the table.
At least 1-2 years in a client facing or customer service position
Need to be punctual and prepared
Positive, energetic personality
Work in a collaborative environment, but also possess the ability to complete tasks alone
Work well under pressure with strong time management and multitasking skills
Ability to work 45-50 hours/week with some flexibility for early morning and evening hours
Degree Required OR
2 years in a related role (i.e. Marketing, Public Relations, Business Management, Business Administration, etc.)
